Part of an SBDC of the Year Team

Valley Community SBDC was named “Small Business Development Center of the Year 2025” by the U.S. Small Business Administration Fresno District. As part of that advisory team, BeUncommon 24-7 supports entrepreneurs with business planning, startup strategy, AI workflow automation, and funding readiness.

We bring that same level of clear, practical guidance to the founders we work with privately—translating complex funding and operations questions into step-by-step action plans that fit real life.

Proud to be part of this team. No government endorsement implied.

Serving 5,000+ Families at Nipsey Hussle Square

In November, we left the Central Valley before sunrise and headed to Nipsey Hussle Square in Los Angeles for the first community event hosted at The Marathon Store in six years. Alongside the Neighborhood Nip Foundation and Think Watts, we helped distribute over 5,000 turkeys plus groceries to families lined up around the block.

For us, this wasn’t a PR moment—it was a father–son legacy moment. We were there to serve, not spectate, and to show that the businesses we help build can also show up when communities need them most.

“Legacy is not what we say on social media—legacy is where we’re willing to stand.”

Staying Close to the Resources That Fuel Your Growth

We stay plugged into the ecosystems that fund, train, and support small businesses—so you don’t have to search for opportunities alone. These touchpoints shape how we guide your business strategy, AI workflows, and funding readiness.

Better Business Bureau Growth Surge Bootcamp

We joined the BBB Growth Surge Bootcamp to stay close to the tools and training small business owners need most, especially around digital presence, emotional resilience, and funding.

  • Emotional well-being for entrepreneurs.
  • Communicating your brand with confidence.
  • Mastering website SEO basics.
  • Business financing 101 and beyond the pitch.
  • “Don’t do it alone,” Brand in a Box, and practical SWOT analysis.

Through the bootcamp, GoDaddy awarded a $1,000 grant for business operations—exactly the kind of opportunity we track so our clients can tap similar support in the future.

We use insights like these to design strategies and AI workflows that match real-world funding and education programs.

Access Plus Capital 17th Anniversary & Capital Access

Access Plus Capital plays a critical role in community lending and small business financing across our region. At their 17th Anniversary celebration, we showed up not just to network, but to listen—to lenders, community partners, and founders working to become funding-ready.

Events like this shape how we prepare clients for lenders, grantors, and investors—from financial projections and business plans to AI-powered documentation workflows that keep your numbers and narratives organized.

Our job is to translate what lenders want to see into clear plans, documents, and systems that small business owners can actually maintain.

When Founders Win, Communities Win

Our favorite part of this work is watching founders hire locally, serve their communities, and reinvest in the places they call home. Here are a few of the entrepreneurs we’ve been honored to support.
